Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Verona Hearth, we specialize in delivering premium, high-ticket outdoor living appliances safely to your home. We partner with elite domestic LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers to ensure your investment arrives in pristine condition.

1. Free Shipping Nationwide
We are proud to offer 100% Free Standard Freight Shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. There are no hidden handling fees or surprise freight charges at checkout. 

Please note: We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or international addresses.

2. Order Processing & Transit Times
* Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This means we have pre-authorized your payment and are verifying inventory with our supplier network.
* Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for freight shipment within 2–4 business days. 
* Transit Time: Once your item leaves the warehouse, standard freight transit typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. 

3. Delivery Day Expectations (Curbside LTL Freight)
Because our products (like premium pizza ovens, luxury fire pits, and outdoor kitchen elements) are exceptionally heavy, they must ship via large freight trucks rather than standard postal carriers.
* Appointment Scheduling: Once the shipment arrives at your local freight terminal, the carrier will call you directly using the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a specific delivery window. 
* Curbside Liftgate Service: Delivery is curbside only. The truck will arrive equipped with a hydraulic liftgate to safely lower your palletized order to the ground at the curb of your driveway. Drivers are not authorized to move the product into your backyard, garage, or home. 

4. Crucial Inspection Policy (Important)
Before signing the driver's delivery receipt, you must visually inspect the packaging and the product for any signs of transit damage. 
* If you notice significant structural damage to the box or the item, write "Product Damaged" clearly on the delivery receipt and refuse the delivery
* Contact our support team immediately at sales@veronahearth.com with photos so we can ship out a replacement immediately. 
* Signing the delivery receipt without noting any damages releases the freight carrier of liability and confirms the item arrived in perfect condition.
